| Boarding Programs: Stall Board - $250.00/month Includes: - 2-3 daily hay feedings (up to 2% of horses body weight) - 2 Grain feedings per day (12% complete feed up to 4 pounds per day ) - Fresh water with a weekly bucket cleaning (heated in winter months) - Daily turnout and stall cleaning - Tack storage - Nightly check Pasture Board - $150.00/month Includes: - 2-3 daily hay feedings (up to 2% of horses body weight) or round bale in pasture - Fresh water with regular tank cleaning as needed (heated in winter months) - Mineral supplament - Tack storage - Nightly check - Grain feedings are extra |

| Training Programs: Regular Training - $200.00/month Includes: - Horse to be worked 5-6 days per week (depending on schedule and weather) - 1 riding lesson per week with trainer Starting Horses Under Saddle (contact us for pricing and avaliblity) Includes: - Ground work training in preperation for riding - First month of riding Horse Sales - $150.00/month Includes: - Showing horses for propsective buyers and at sale barns - Worked in daily training schedule (does not include starting horses) - Listing on Cornerstone Farm web site and flyer - An addition of 10% commision fee will be paid when horse is sold (minimum of $100.00) - Additional advertizing is responsibility of seller 4-H & FFA Members - $100.00/month Includes: - Minimum of three training/lesson sessions per week with trainer - Schooling at shows This training program is designed for kids wanting to learn how to train their horses. The member is required to participate in the horse's training and care at least three days per week. On the days the member is not particiapting in the care and training of the horse, it will be worked in the daily training schedule. |

| Blanketing/Sheeting - $15.00/month Blanket Washing - $5.00/each Holding for Vet or Farrier - $10.00/each horse Horse Assesment - $20.00/each horse (plus travel expenses) Extra Grain Feedings - $.50/pound Extra Hay Feedings - $.10/pound Tack Storage - $5.00/month (does not include boarded horses) Medical Care - $5.00/day - All supplies needed are the responsibility of the owner - Vet charges will be billed directly to the owner - Pasture boarded horses in need of stall rest will be charged stall board fee Show Fees: - $25.00/day for each horse in training** - $35.00/day for each horse not in training** - $15.00/half day show for each horse in training** - $20.00/half day show for each horse not in training** - $40.00/day rental fee for lesson horses (includes day charge)** - $30.00/half day show rental fee for lesson horses (includes half day show charge)** - $10.00 bathing - $10.00 banding - $20.00 braiding - $20.00 clipping (face, nose, ears, bridle path and legs) - $10.00/day show grooming (curry, brushing, legs, hooves, face, tail and shine spray) - Stalls, tack stalls, bedding, entry and ground fees are responsibility of owner Hauling: - $.40/mile ($20.00 minimum charge) - This fee applies for shows, vet, chiropractor, etc. - Discount will be givin for owners with multiple horses *Most of these costs can be avoided if owner takes responsibility ** Riders must have taken at least one riding lesson with Cornerstone Farm trainer during the week of the show to be eligable for assistance from Cornerstone Farm at the shows |
