One Hour Private and Semi-Private (2 riders) Lessons: - On School Horse $25.00 - On Personal Horse $20.00 One and a Half Hour Group Lessons (3-6 riders): - On School horse $20.00 per rider - On Personal horse $15.00 per rider Half Hour Tiny Tots Lessons (riders age 3-6): - On School Horse $15.00 - On Personal Horse $10.00 Two Hour 4-H Group Lessons ( 3-6 riders please RSVP for lessons in advance): - Monday and Wednesday Evenings at 6:30pm $10.00 per rider |
| Boarding Programs: Stall Board - $275.00/month - $ 70.00/week Includes: - 2-3 daily hay feedings (up to 2% of horses body weight) - 2 Grain feedings per day (Strategy up to 6 pounds per day ) - Fresh water with a weekly bucket cleaning (heated in winter months) - Daily turnout (private turn out add $25.00/month) and stall cleaning - Tack storage - Nightly check Full Turnout Board - $175.00/month - $ 45.00/week Includes: - 2-3 daily hay feedings (up to 2% of horses body weight) or round bale in turnout - Fresh water with regular tank cleaning as needed (heated in winter months) - Mineral supplement (Enrich 32) - Tack storage - Nightly check - Additional grain feedings are extra |
| Additional Services Available At Cornerstone Farm* Blanketing/Sheeting - $15.00/month Blanket Washing - $ 5.00/each Holding for Vet or Farrier - $10.00/each horse Horse Assessment - $20.00/each horse (plus travel expenses) Extra Grain Feedings - $ .50/pound Extra Hay Feedings - $ .20/pound Tack Storage - $ 5.00/month Commission on Horse Sales - 10% of sale price ($200.00 minimum) Lessons at private residence - $10.00 travel charge Private turn out - $25.00/month Medical Care - $5.00/day - All supplies needed are the responsibility of the owner - Vet charges will be billed directly to the owner - Pasture boarded horses in need of stall rest will be charged stall board fee Show Fees: - $25.00/half-day show for each horse** - $35.00/full day for each horse** - $10.00 bathing - $10.00 banding - $20.00 braiding - $20.00 clipping (face, nose, ears, bridle path and legs) - $10.00/day show grooming (curry, brushing, legs, hooves, face, tail and shine spray) - Stalls, tack stalls, bedding, entry and ground fees are responsibility of owner. Hauling: - $.40/mile ($20.00 minimum charge) - This fee applies for shows, vet, chiropractor, etc. - Discount will be given for owners with multiple horses *Most of these costs can be avoided if owner takes responsibility ** Riders must have taken at least one riding lesson with Cornerstone Farm trainer during the week of the show to be eligible for assistance from Cornerstone Farm at the shows |

(deposit required for new customers) - 1 riding lesson per week with trainer 4-H Members - $ 5.00/day participating - $10.00/day nonparticipating Includes: - Minimum of three training/lesson sessions per week with trainer - Schooling at shows - $25.00 monthly discount on board |
